I found the "quote" function is not same as here.

the difference is that when you click "quote" above, you get this <'quote> </'quote>|

the cursor is after </'quote>, instead of between these two tags.

what can I do to improve this function? because for unexperienced BBS users don't know how use quote function of the forum.

This only happens in some versions of Internet Explorer.
