Packages Added More than once

So I was installing the packages via the package manager except it kept saying I had errors.. now they were installed a few times.  How do I get rid of them:  (Games 2x, Donations 2x, Who Was Online Today like 5x) http://jessicaharp.org/boards/

I uninstalled them but the buttons are still showing up: Games and Donations

What is the file I edit to add links to the home | search | profile   etc area?

That would be Themes/default/yourtheme/index.template.php.
