Input Fields not Registering!

I just installed SMF, and everything went smoothly. However, when I tried to log in, it told me that I needed to put a username. Of course I had done this. I found the same problem when I tried to search the site; it says, " Did you forget to put something to search for?" No.

So I think the problem is that it's not registering the values of the input fields, which, of course, puts a damper on things. Any help would be great.

You're using redirection or something.  The URL:

http://www.reformedphilosophy.org/forum/index.php

Seems to be redirected to:

http://forum.reformedphilosophy.org/

This is causing the problem.
