Attachment Manager

In Admin. function --> Attachment Manager
I browsed files in Attachment Directory and found that there are many files same name and same size.
Why?
Is it normal or bug? 
Sorry if I ask a stupid question.

It was probably just attached many times - do you see many attachments in that topic?

Do you have any mods installed?
