Upgraded to SMF 2.0 from 1.1.6 Missing Menu items and other items.

When not logged in, all menu items and information are as they should be.

Once that user logs in, everything disappears, sort of.

You can still move your mouse across the where the menu bar should be and click logoff.

When I'm logged in as the admin, everything shows up just fine.

Your files arnt uploaded correctly i think. Try reuploading all the files again.

I had a similar problem and resolved it by changed the default language to English, not English-utf-8.  There are no English-utf8 language files for 2.04.

My test user was set to Spanish. LOL
