Custum member bar

Well i made my SMF 1.1.16 forum and it works really fine, but i don't know how to make a custum member bar, so for example i want to see that the avatar is bigger and the name is on center, and to add like status on every profile to make a really custum one.So...can someone help me, i use goldmoon theme.

Ohh... and also i need help to change the language packet and smiley sets.
