erro in fourm help quick cant even acces it

i can even acces the foums i think i nead 2 do a manuall uninstall on  the shout box cos i installd it twice but how do i do that

Open up Subs.php and remove one of the smfshout() functions. I think there's a bug in the mod that causes that function to get inserted twice.

He attempted to install it, and something went wrong such as a permission denied error.  Then, he attempted to install it again.  This caused the problem.
