Forum sometimes showing up, but sometimes not...

Okey the problem is that I have installed the SMF forum, but whenever I am for example entering my forum with internet explorer or any other browser it shows a white page and doesn't show up anything and then I need to refresh the page some 5-10 times so that it would show up, but when I am trying to login it again shows a white page and I have to again refresh it again and again and so on...

What is the problem?

Oh and why does SMF forum is trying to set my memory_limit to 128M? On my web hoster the maximum allowed is 48M and they won't change it...
