converting invision2

How do i start the conversion for converting invision to smf. I have the php files but idk what to do with it.

first, make your SMF folder, then download and upload this to it
then, navigate to invision2_to_smf.php from there, so something like:
http://www.yoursite.com/smf/invision2_to_smf.php
the file will guide you through everything..

First, you need to upload and install SMF someplace, and make sure that it's either using the same database as IPB or that the same MySQL user account has access to both databases. Then you follow Kirby's instructions
