Worked fine for me however the notification message was confusing. I was on version 1.1.6 prior to the update but the notification indicated otherwise. It said:

Installations actions for "SMF 1.0.15 / 1.1.7 Update":

I expected to see:

Installations actions for "SMF 1.1.6 / 1.1.7 Update":

Edit: and many thanks for the great software/dev team

The patch also patches 1.0.14 to 1.0.15 for those using 1.0.14.  I can see where it'd be confusing though.

Just for information, there is any database change from the 1.1.6 release?

I've updated, but it seems that every mod I go to install leads to an error even though the mod was compatible for 1.1.7

I'm not sure if it's a bug within 1.1.7, but I'm just asking in case if there is.

It cant be, I just installed a MOD without errors. It could just be conflict with other MODs or just the packages.

Well how well do people go through the mods to check that they are compatible for a certain version?

Akiro421

Yes, minor mistake.

Back to the question.

I'm doing everything I can think of right, there shouldn't be any errors whatsoever.

ascaland

If you want the current compatability, then in the center of the page were the MOD author info is, the date made and stuff, you should see,
QuoteCompatible With:

Whatever versions are shown, is what its compatable with. Though, some other versions may work even though it may not be listed.

Yes, I know that, the mods say they are compatible for 1.1.7, but don't work.

If that is the case, contact the author first. If that fails, please inform our staff and they will be checked.

Test Failed error/s don't necessarily mean they aren't fully compatible with 1.1.7, just that the code required to be found for the automated process has been altered from the original design.  Either via patch or mod installation.

There is some bug in 1.1.7. 5 minutes after installing "security update" I got spamer. in 12 hourse after that I got 6 spamers more.   What is possible to do?  Can I downgrade to 1.1.6? Is it possible?

Thanks

Andres

Hi, firstable say thanks for the upgrade, works fine.

Second....i have installed TP, but after upgrade....TP has dissapeared

The question is.....i have to edit the same (new 1.1.7 files) files or is it possible to upload the files (old 1.1.6 files) y had edited time before to have TP installed?

Thanks.

I'm on 1.1.5.  I was unable to sucessfully "installatron" 1.1.6 so I reverted back to 1.1.5 a month ago or so.

Can I jump from 1.1.5 to 1.1.7?

My forum was attacked last night even though it is closed so I know I need to get this upgrade!

I and a few others have the same thing just happen earlier this morning. I myself was using 1.1.6 when it happened, so downgrading would not help.
