I read the help page, but I don't know what to delete.   I deleted all my attachments and I still get the same error.  What should I do next?  Thanks,

Sorry!  I didn't mean for you to delete your attachments, you could have kept them.

This is a problem with your host.  You need to contact them so they can fix it - it's not your fault... *YOU* aren't out of space, *THEY* are.
