Configuartion problem

Hello, My name is Jordan, I've been Coding SMF For almost 1 year now, And I've come upon a strange problem. Whenever I download the SMF 1.1.7/2.0 BETA And login on my Admin account, And go to the ACP, Under the 'Configurations' Box There is no 'Portal Settings', Or 'WebPage maker'. Theres only something like Server Setting, Features And options and Themes,

If anyone can help me please post here.

"PortalSettings" and "WebPage maker"?
That's not SMF default features. Have you installed nay mods that are supposed to show this?

Those features are there when I register with SMF through hxxp:www.smfforfree4.com [nonactive].

If there are mods as such, May you link me to the mods for Portal Settings?
