problem in translation

hi guys,

due to some maintenance in server my forum language looked wierd, I called them for solution, they notify me to change collation. to what I used before.

I changed it to utf-8 since I used utf-8 language but the problem still there.

Sorry you switched, but it now appears you're using another forum software.  This is why we try to avoid people using BETA releases on live, more so due to language not all being converted yet as well.
