i want to put some urls in my footer but dont know much about php

i want to put this Terminos y Condiciones ponting to this url

and this Regas de Post ponting to this url

and this Que es Todo Ilegal ponting to this url

i have it installed but it dosent work fine i dont know nothing about php so i tried and didint workt so i did it manual the edit if you can see the footer

no i had installed that mod a time ago im using other theme and it didint work so i did the change manual now i want to put that links but i dont know if it will work using links

You know HTML yeah? Were you the one who put in this line: Todos los Derechos Reservados Todo ilegal Group in your index.template.php? Just add the addition links in like you did with the text.
