Conversion from Discus 3.10.5 Pro

There is a bulletin board I use frequently that uses Discus 3.10.5 Pro that is being forced to abandon that software and use a new forum tool.  This is one system he may consider.  One thing he absolutely needs which I haven't been able to determine if this software will do is an "Unread Posts list".
This list would not only show what topics have new posts but the first line of each posts as clickable links.
So for Example:
Category1
    Subcategory1
           New post 1 first line
           New post 2 first line
           ......
           Last new post (in subcategory) first line
Category2
    New post1 first line
   Sucategory1
        New post1 first line.

That should give you an idea.  Is that possible with this software and has anyone ever converted from Discus?

Yes there is a "Unread Posts list" list in this software. I have never heard of anyone converting but thats not to say it hasn't been done.
