First, download one of theese:

www.simpleportal.net
www.tinyportal.net

Then, install it using the Package manger in your forum. (Package Manager)

PortaMx seconded. Be aware though that you may need to take some precautions before installing, depending on your server configuration. Also be aware that a new release is coming out very shortly (meaning most likely within a week) so you may wish to hold off until then, unless you'd like to try the current release on a test site.
