Default Theme - showing who's currenly viewing topic

Ok I have searched for the last 2 days for this, I have to be looking up wrong terms because I have found it before with a theme i used to use...can someone please assist.

I want to show on each topic who is currently reading/viewing , i sure hope i explained that correctly.

Admin > Current theme

There should be something saying "Show who is viewing a topic" or similar there.

its always the simple things that slip past me, you will not believe how many times i read through current theme page swearing it was there...

i was looking for a check box, lol in default its a drop down HA
