I use the anchor and iurl tag on a frequently basis on my forum, is it possible to put icons for these two tags in the editor, so I don't have to type each time these tags manualy.

You mean create buttons to perform the insertion of the bbcode? I think you'll need to edit the array in Sources/Subs-Editor.php or add applicable new code to the button array. This will involve creation of new button images if they are new and insertion of the images into all themes in use.

/Sources/Subs.php
