HELP :(, nuke converted, cannot install any mod

Hi,

I've just converted my nuke members table to smf. all went fine, about 15000 members.
but now I cannot install any mod. ((

I upload the mod, it uploads successfully, when I click on "apply mod",  it asks me for my FTP acount and password, after entering that :

it says :

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

I've tried :
- logging out and login again.
- emptied smf_sessions table
- cleared my browser coockie, cache , everything.
- changed my browser
- reinstalled smf and converted again
- made my server settings like this :

  Enable local storage of cookies  [unchecked]
  Use subdomain independent cookies  [checked]
  Use database driven sessions  [checked]

NOTHING changed

What should I do  ? SMF 1.1.7

P.S when it asks about FTP password, I tried entering wrong data, but still it shows the same session verify error.

Edit : I've tried whole process offline on my windows xp, localhost.  it works without any problem. Dont know what's wrong online.
