installed mods not showing up

ive installed the mod that removes the smf logo
and that worked
then i try to install ad management
no error occurred and it installed great,but the the ad managment settings
option wont show up in the admin
so i decide to install the download system
and it uploaded and installed good,but the link doesnt appear in the menu tab

any idea
