Ok i think this thread belongs here.

I can not upload any attachments! The board keeps telling me this:

An Error Has Occurred!
Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

But i checked the attachments setup and it's everything ok. Before i converted my board i've never had this problem. How can i fix it?

Are you sure the attachment settings are correct? If you converted your board, it might have changed the attachment settings...

I am getting the same error as mentioned above. Has this been fixed if so can you tell me how to fix this.

I have enabled the attachment under the ACP but the only difference is that my attachment folder is on other drive and I have set the attachment path to the correct path. Still get this error
An Error Has Occurred!
Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

Any know how to fix the above problem? Thanks.

I am having the exact same problem. I could upload a 350K file, but when trying a 2MB file, it doesn't let me do it. The same message appears  :(

I have these settings for attachments:

Attachment directory:    /home/gamedev/public_html/attachments
Max attachment folder space:    700240
Max attachment size per post:    80000
Max  size per attachment:   50000
Max number of attachments: 10

I'm just trying to attach 1 file of 2mb

Anyone can help me, please?

gfaraj

Nevermind, it's the hosting server that doesn't allow big uploads...

Thanks

Well my problem is not hosting and I tried uploading a 40Kb file still get the same error. Any help would be appreciated.

pure1, are you sure you are allowing that file type, and do you have the permissions set up to allow attachments?

pure1

Yes I double checked it. Let me put up a screen shot so you can see it.
