missing "text" expressions in admin console. smf 2.0 Beta 4

Having similar issues...tried reuploading the Themes/default/languages/ManageMaintenance.english.php as suggested with no apparent effect.

Using Silent Wave from deziner Studio, but I get the exact same result with the core theme.

It appears I am missing the text for some menu items as well. How do I get them back?
