Error to attach or Add photo profile.

When I try to upload a photo to my avatar, showme the following error message:

"Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.
Please consult your server administrator for more information. "

The Image has only 10 kb.

Note: I attach a screenshot of avatar configuration.

You need to make sure the IIS guest account has permission to write to that directory.

could you remember me which are the list of directories to give permissions?
