showing web page as text

i could not find anything about this using search,i may just be wording it wrong.
in my old forums a person could post a web page as any text they wanted,like "click here" would be the text for a web page,,and clicking on it would bring them to web page that it is linked to.i don't see this option anywhere for smf forums.
hope this makes sense.

but most people dont know the code,in the old forums there was a button you would click to insert html,you would put web page in,then click ok,then it would ask you for text you wanted,put in text,click ok and it was done for you.

Ow, oke, I get your point. Well, that's not available, so you have to point your users to the help-files. Maybe it's an idea for a mod or so.
