Linktree is missing

I'm using 2.0 beta 4, since this morning my linktree of current position on the forum is missing, it only shows the final destination (topic), however, when i go to admin/packages it shows the linktree.

This is marked solved but the mod is not fixing the issue.

There is no linktree in board index...it is missing elements in others (like search and custom contact: >search , >contact   respectively)

Is there a fix or are all these questions marked solved because of the mod...that is not fixing the issue?
