I get a error when i try to install a new theme??

I have just tryed to install a new theme( it is the right compatiblity) and i get this

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

what did i do

the theme is  Midnight Sun v2

iss you forum folder right are right ,,, i mean chmod777
