How do I Change the agreement upon on the registration page?

Also how do I change the link text this for NEW TOPIC and so forth, is that in the skin and so where in the general skin will it be?

The Registration agreement can be edited in your Admin panel under Members|Registration|Registration Agreement. The file agreement.txt in your SMF root directory needs to be writable to be able to save the changes.

The text will be in the language files. The exact file can be found by clicking the SMF Strings link in my signature
