I've successfully migrated my forum to SMF 2.0 Beta 4 and things are basically okay with the exception of when I click on 'Membergroups' and which displays a completely blank page.  No error, just nothing!

Ideas?

This problem is still outstanding. Can anyone provide me with some advice?

All I see when I click on Membergroups is a blank page, whereas all other functions work well on this forum installation.

Can anyone help please?

Does Subs-Membergroup.php exist in the Sources/ folder?

Yes it does and it's permission 755 with ownership the same as all the other files.

Should mention I'm using SMF 2.0 v4, but that the same problem existed before I upgraded too.

Anyone have any ideas about how to fix this problem?

Since this issue isn't getting resolved, I wonder if anyone would mind PMing me and letting me know who might be able to assist on a paid basis with this problem?

Is this issue resolved now?

If not, I see an error about some restriction there. Can you ask your host to disable the open_base restriction and see if that resolves the issue? This will need to be disabled anyway since it will affect your package installs.
