I have the same problem.

1 person can create an account on 1 ip adress.
Is it possible to change that, because we live in an student house and have all the same ip.
Can't find te setting for it.

It has absolutely nothing to do with IP addresses.  It is by computer.... close all windows and restart the computer, and you cna register again.
