Problem viewing forum with ubuntu

SOme users have strange erros browsing forum with ubuntu and firefox browser, when them try to send one new topic or opening Personal messages appear this error.

Forum ask where SAVE the file INDEX.PHP

Sorry for the late response. Do you still require assistance with this?

Did you test with Firefox on Windows?
Are there any entries in the webserver error log? (You can check this through cpanel)

Is it just Ubuntu users?  No other users of your forum get it?  I would say it's a firewall issue, but each time I've received it from a site it was due to the server not working correctly and sending my browser incomplete data.

right only ubuntu users

Get them to disable their firewall and see if the problem persists.
