Larger user profiles

Hello!! 

im a real n00b wit the forum but anyway..

is there SOMETHING  to do..that the profiles from the user can be larger?

That they can ad:
Name last name
personal text(with pics and more)

And is there somthing where the users can see where they have placed a comment?
