how to make board names and Category names show up in a search?

I could use some help, I want to make the board names and Category names show up in a search.

or maybe there is another way to setup my forum so they are searchable?

I could be wrong, but if you could submit a good sitemap, I think most engines will find your category names.

Can you explain more, the 'search' function of the forum as default makes your forum searchable?!
