What do you mean? a WYSIWYG Editor? If so go to Profile > Look and Layout > Check "Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default?" and save

Or hit the funky looking A BBCode icon on the posting page ;) its to the right

There probably will not be a full fledged editor like that in SMF or any other forum. It doesn't make sense to have a bunch of options which most won't be used. The one in SMF 2.0 pretty much has all the necessary options that are commonly used.

Integrating any 3rd-party WYSIWYG editor with SMF would be a lot of work, especially because many of them allow you to do things that simply cannot be done with bbcode (examples include image maps and complete HTML forms).

I realize that SMF's built-in WYSIWYG editor isn't perfect at the moment, but the devs are doing their best to make it work well. It's difficult to make a WYSIWYG editor that can convert from HTML to bbcode on the fly without screwing things up.
