turn on notification of new posts to ALL MEMBERS ? - possible ?

is it possible to turn on a setting so that ALL members know when a new post has been made ?

I can't find anywhere in my admin panel to do this.

You can make an announcement board in which new posts will be reported via e-mail.


at least i think so
