Hi, i migrated from one Server to another Server, both with Plesk so i used the Migration tool, eveveything is there on the forum, the users, the users list, the last posts, all seems to work but not the Posts, if you click on a Post or Topic it gives a 404 error, not one one post or topic works, all attachments are there, the mysql database was imported as the same, all users data is there, eveything i just dont get it why the post arent there,
just the Boards and Topics gives a 404 as they dont exist, but if you click on a user profile its there, all functions work and all data is there, news are there, last topics even shows the last 10 topics but you then click on one its 404. Its real weard. Even counts of posts are ok. What could this be, where is the topics and boad data to check if its actually there?
Regards

Do you have "queryless URLs" on?  Sounds like your new server doesn't support it.

You can turn this off in the admin center, or use repair_settings.php.  What is repair_settings.php?

Yes that was exactly what i did and it works now, but i did like it more that the way it was, also seach engines did spidered the old url, so do i activate this on my new server, it seems something in the apache right?

You need Apache, and if you're using Apache 2, AcceptPathInfo needs to be enabled.  Additionally, PHP must be a PHP module (mod_php, etc.) instead of CGI.

Can you post a link to your phpinfo?  What is phpinfo.php?

Please see the Apache documentation:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/core.html

This is really something your host probably needs to handle.

I had Fedora Core, now i moved to Red Hat Es., Both with plesk.
Just ordered the new Red Hat Es box, so it should be a new installation, the weard thing i on the Fedora Core i did not touched anything i just used the short Url option and it worked.

You may have been using Apache 1.3.x before.  2.0 is the newer version...
