max lines option

hey,
i noticed theres a max character length in a post, which is good of course, but i've just had a few posts on my board (which is probably common to everyone) where the person types one line




then like 100 empty lines so that it makes the post huge. is there a way to be able to cut down on the amount of empty lines a user can input in a post?
