Clickable link that shows text or phrase rather than an address for board posts

I would like to know the code for creating a "clickable" link in a post that does not show the actual link, but some text or a phrase instead. Example, the other members would see the world "Photos". They could click on it and it would take them to my gallery album. At present I can create a hyper link to accomplish the routing, but for improved appearance it would be nicer if they just saw the word Photos instead of some ugly long address string.

Appreciate any help you could give me.

It'll also work on image links
