new members can't sign up

I have just installed and configured new smf forum on my personal computer.
When logged in as admin I can register new users, but when logged out I cant register any new user, I mean new users can't get registered themselves to my forum. After pressing 'Register' link they get error message: Wrong value type sent to the database. Array of integers expected. I believe this isn't a common problem 'cause I found nothing in this forum about it. Yet this is not a minor bug for me...

in smf_settings -> knownThemes value is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 so what sould Ido with it?

I don't understand what this has to do with themes..?

when user klicks on 'Register' link it schould link to some kind of registration form but the error message is dislplayed instead. It apears in any theme used...

I'll try to delete DB and setup a new forum again now, will see what hapens

Is this issue resolved now after you deleted the database and did a fresh install?
