I have changed my hosting account but after completing all the guidelines given here.  My forum is looking like this............

Kindly tell me how I can get my forum normal.

What is repair_settings.php?


Try to run this .php file , apparently  some of ftp paths are wrong with this file you can correct them

so does your problem solved? you need to click on every recomanded value and finally need to save setting.
Note: permission of your settings.php should be writeable
