User changed email/ loss password

I have a user that is trying to log in, she has chagned her email address and cannot remember her password.

what can I do to help her in this matter, I have told her I do not think I can get her password, but I may be able to change her email address.  So she could get her password.

Just want to double check before I try anything

Admin -> Edit/Delete Users - Modify X

change the password temporarly and let her re-make it in her profile.
