error on lenguage instalation

im trying to install spanish lenguage on my forum its a smf 2.04 and theme in use darkbreak but wen trying to install the lenguage i use default theme i see al permision in green so i dont see a problem there but its telling me this

An Error Has Occurred!
Package contains illegal paths - please contact Simple Machines

what can it be?

On second thought, I think the agreement.txt that's part of the package caused it. Try replacing;

Code (ManageServer.php) Select Expand

if (strpos($file, '..') !== false || substr($file, 0, 6) != 'Themes')

by:

Code (ManageServer.php) Select Expand

if (strpos($file, '..') !== false || (substr($file, 0, 6) != 'Themes' && !preg_match('~agreement\.[A-Za-z-_0-9]+\.txt$~', $file)))

ok so i need to download the lenguage and edit agreement.txt or ManageServer.php?

Just the ManageServer.php from the Sources directory. After that you should be able to download the language package from the admin panel without a problem.
