When I go to my site I see this:

Warning: require_once() [function.require-once]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 23206 is not allowed to access /www/uuuq.com/c/r/i/crisisx/htdocs/Settings.php owned by uid 2003 in /www/uuuq.com/c/r/i/crisisx/htdocs/index.php on line 52

Warning: require_once(/www/uuuq.com/c/r/i/crisisx/htdocs/Settings.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Inappropriate ioctl for device in /www/uuuq.com/c/r/i/crisisx/htdocs/index.php on line 52

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/www/uuuq.com/c/r/i/crisisx/htdocs/Settings.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /www/uuuq.com/c/r/i/crisisx/htdocs/index.php on line 52

What's the problem?

CrisisX, is this issue resolved now? It looks like Safe Mode restriction is turned on by your webhost. If you can turn it off yourself, do so. Otherwise, contact your host and ask them to disable that restriction as it will cause problems.
