One user not getting topic reply notifications

I have one user on a forum who is not getting their email notifications of new replies. I've looked at her profile, and she has several pages of subscribed topics, just doesn't seem to be getting the emails.

I get the new reply notifications fine if I subscribe to a topic, and it seems to be dealing with other emails fine too, report to mod emails and all. She is receiving PM notifications, so now I'm at a loss at what the problem could be. She's got a gmail account, and she says that the notifications are not going to the spam folder, she's checked there. Any ideas?

This was a recent yabb gold conversion, if it makes any difference.

Seems to be a selective notification, she's getting a few notifications, sort of similar to what's occurring to me now on this site. I'm not getting all notifications here. Specifically for the hosting thread I've been posting in the last couple of days. I have to check the Show new replies to your posts to see what I'm missing. Is this a bug in 1.0.2?

Didn't get one on this thread either now. I've checked my spam folder (Norton), nothing from Simple Machines, and there's nothing like Spam Assassin running on the server itself. I get loads from the Arcade thread.

i would like to add to this...

this same exact thing is happening to be... it started about 2 weeks ago...

i was only recieve about a quarter of my nofications the rest i only got by clicking on "recent replys to posts" thingy... the email notification worked fine on when i got a PM...

however just in the last few days it has gone downhill and now i'm not (and i'm pretty sure everyone else on my forum) isn't recieveing any email notifications whatsoever... this is also happening at this site as well...

i'm using outlook express and i've never had a problem with notifications before...

My notifications here all wonky, I had to subscribe to this topic even though I'm supposed to be subscribed to any threads I reply to. I'm glad I haven't upgraded my forum yet. And thank you LostProphecy, I was starting to think it was all in my head.

Let me guess, when you said "default" you meant "the Simple Machines site theme" not "the default SMF theme"?

sorry, that's right, it is the default for me.

So I've now changed to "Default" theme and posting.....

And the notification hasn't changed on me. And the fix?

Find a line that resembles this in Display.template.php:

Replace with:
