Please remember, since this is a community of volunteers, sometimes answers may take more than a day. I do note know the file or code, but my guess is this should be as simple as changing a line in a language file. Someone will probably know the answer to this.

Can guests report stuff?
Alternatively perhaps it was a user who deleted their account?

Guests cannot report and the reported post was after any account was deleted

If you look at the database, can you see if the user is in there (probably the id_member column). You'll need to look in log_reported or log_reported comments
