LainaaI will post something and when I press the post button I get an error page that says REFRESH.

I just listed 40 plants that I winter sowed in the blog.  My carpel tunnel hurts to bad to do it again.  If I hit the back button it is a blank post.
LainaaIT does it all the time to me.  If I type slow which is all the time with this dumb hand.  When I hit post I get a error page.  All the forums do that from time to time but if I hit the back button what I typed would be there.  It hurts to bad to type once.  I have answered some post and when it does the error thing I have to give up.

that is all the info I have, to date..

Is there a way for when this does happen that the user doesn't have to re-type the post once again when they hit the back button?
It is really a pain and I don't blame her for being upset

can anyone please answer this post/ Is there something on the board I can turn on?

here is a little more info I have gotten from another user today on this matter

LainaaOk, I'm back - just now, when I hit the "post" button for the above message, I got a blank screen, with my status bar showing "done".  It wouldn't load, and I had to refresh, which took me to this page, but my message did post as normal.

Any JavaScript errors?

Does it happen for browsers other than Internet Explorer, such as Firefox, Opera, etc.?

I run Firefox, and I have seen it happen to me, without the error
