Modify Regular Member

Can you modify Regular member? I want to change it so the permissions are highly resticted as well as change the name of it.

Users of my forums will registering and then applying to be either members of my clan or diplomats for an online game. Thanks.

Welcome to SMF.

Regular Members is a group that applies to any member that is logged in who is not in any primary membergroup. So if they are not in any special membergroup, they will be in Regular Members. You can not change permissions for this general membergroup. If you want to change permissions, do so for the other membergroups (like post based ones).
