Installing Mods

Hi, I want to install the Arcade Mod that we have here and I'm not sure how to do it.  Not sure if this question is ok to post here instead, since I can't access that thread (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=17447.0).

I haven't tried using that mod on my LIVE forum yet (which is still an older version - SMF 1.0 RC1).  I'm using WAMP on my computer with the newest version of SMF and don't know how to install it and set it up.

Is there instructions here at SMF that tells us how to install mods or are they different for each?  From what I read, it should be done via the Package Manager right?  Well, I installed that but where do I get the games and when I get them where do I install/copy them to?

I read part of it before.  I can't find it now.  When I go back to that thread, it tells me that an error occurred and gives me this message:
