Cripes!!

I just checked my website and it's working again.

How can that of happened.  I didn't do anything.

Is there anything I should do to stop it happening again?

Your help is very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Go into phpMyAdmin and click on your database. Then look for smf_log_topics and check the box next to it. Scroll all the way down and on the drop them box, choose repair table.

If this is happening constantly, I would check with your host to find out what's happening. It's something going wrong on their end.
