BB tag Problem, does not re-highlight

Okay, I'm hoping that there is just a setting that I am missing somewhere.

On this board if you highlight a word(s) and add a BB Tag, it rehighlights the word(s) after adding the tag. This allows you to keep adding tags to a word(s) without rehighlighting it after adding every tag.

On my board, however, it does not work this way. After adding a tag it loses the highlight, meaning I have to rehighlight it if I want to add a second tag.

I am running the latest version of SMF. I have tried installing a second copy, just to make sure my first one wasnt corrupted, but it suffered from the same problem.

I can only imagine that it is either a bad setting somewhere, or a host problem. Any ideas guys?

Sounds like you may have an old script.js or theme file, does it work on the default theme, al so try ctrl +f5 / ctrl +r to see if that helps.

It doesnt seem to work with the default theme either. I have tried replacing my script.js file with the one from base install package, but it didn't help.

OOPS! Nevermind, I got it working.

It was a script.js file after all, just not the one that I had replaced. Apparently the one in my active theme was current, but the one in my default theme was old. I've got them all up to date and now its working perfectly, thanks!
