I've suscefully converted my phpBB3 forum to SMF , everything looked well , but there is one problem , my forum is showing insted of ć č  he is showing ?  ?

looks like a wrong table collation.. when installing SMF you should use the same collation like phpBB. Install SMF with UTF-8 enabled and then convert your phpBB again.
